Empowering Managers to Conquer the Frontline Workforce Complexity Crisis
November 7th | 12:00–1:00pm ET
About the Event
Today’s organizations are facing a complexity crisis. With a new wave of different types of work and workers, a mismatch between skills and roles, and ever-changing compliance, it’s never been more challenging to unlock the full potential of your workforce.
So much of the conversation around our changing world of work focuses on office-centered topics like hybrid work and quiet quitting. Yet, it’s estimated that 70-80% of the workforce doesn’t sit behind a desk[1].
Dayforce’s latest research set out to explore how today’s complexity crisis affects frontline workers, managers, and executives in different ways. In the findings, a pattern emerged that showed a significant gap between managers’ (who aligned closely with workers) and executives’ perceptions. The research uncovered a real opportunity for organizations to zero in on frontline managers and empower them to drive productivity, foster efficiency, and make work life better.
